It also contains 2% niacinamide, a highly versatile ingredient that brightens the skin, fights oxidative stress and protects the skin’s barrier function; a complex of 8 algae and marine plants that provide nutrients to the skin, such as vitamins, proteins and minerals; hyaluronic acid of several different molecular weights; and 1% of a complex of moisturising sugars that help preserve skin hydration, for it to stay smooth and elastic. Mature, combination, dry, dehydrated… One of its main active ingredients is Zhi Mu, a herb that contains sarsasapogenin, which stimulates the skin, leaving it smooth, and looking plump and youthful. It also contains adenosine —an ingredient that occurs naturally in the body and that has proven soothing and anti-wrinkle benefits—, and a botox-like peptide called Acetyl Dipeptide-1 Cetyl Ester, which can help relax muscles to provide that desired botox effect.
